Marathon Guest Posting

I was reading a blog post recently on – an internet lifestyle blog, the post was talking about how Rob will be starting a marathon guest posting for the month of may. I was inspired to start something similar, and if you all know Robs blog well, you will know the guy is very creative.marathon guest posting

Rob has written about 6 guest posts a day before for one month, and you will see I have guest posted on his blog for two times now. His blog also sends lots of visitors to my blog after my guest post has been published (You can also write for him if you wish).

One of my main goals for this year is to write the highest number of guest posts ever written by any blogger this year (come and beat me to it).

I have decided to leave the doors open, I want to guest post for 4 months, I will be writing up to 5 guest posts on some days and I might only write one on another day, I just want to make sure I write as much as I can.

If you are interested in me writing for you, I have left the doors open, just that you must keep to the following guidelines.

You should…

1. have a minimum of 100 visitors a day according to google analytics : I would have made it higher, but I want to get to as many places I can. I understand your brand can be more powerful than the type of traffic you get. I want my name to spread across to as many places as possible.

2. be in the following niches : Make money online, website traffic, link building, SEO, social media, mind development, personal development. If you think you have a niche that is not included but should be included, you can contact me using my contact page

3. send me the topic you want me to write on, this is not mandatory but will make things easier for both of us (due to the number of posts I will be writing)

4. tell me the number of your daily visitors.

5. tell me how long you want the post to be, I am sorry I might not be able to write anything less than 400 words.

6. tell me if you want me to respond to comments.

Those are my simple guidelines. It doesn’t matter if i have written for you before or not, you can feel free to invite me to write for you.

I understand that you might not be able to meet all the guidelines, especially in terms of the visitor number. If your visitor number is less or you think you are not following one of the guidelines and you are still interested in me writing for you, feel free to contact me using my contact page

If you also find someone you think I can write for, you can contact me using the contact page

Glad you are impressed. I also know success takes a lot of hardwork and I am ready to put it in, not only because of now but because of my future.

My goals are just too big that sitting down doing what others do will not help. I have to get up and stop being lazy.

I also thought about the quality, and I will try my best to make sure I only provide quality content. My guest post will speak a lot about me and the more quality it has, the more respect I gain.

I am also planning to have a guest post for some weeks or months but I think Rob was the first one to publish his notification post on his site.

In fact, I’ve already written 48 title list for the topics I will cover.

Thanks for sharing this information. I will now check rob’s web tips to do guest posting. If I am lucky, my guest post might be accepted. I hope so…

Wow 8 posts in one day? You are going to get some amazing results… I’m anxious to see what you get with the next Google PR update.

Good luck with your guest posting marathon… and remember, stick with it! But I know you will, it seems you have more persistence than most bloggers out there. Can’t wait to read about your results…

Wow, I’m lucky if I can write 3-4 posts on a really good day. 5 guest posts in one day? You must be super-productive!

I’d love to have a guest post from you some day, but my blog doesn’t have nearly enough traffic yet. But I’ll keep you in the back of my mind, and once I’m a little more established I’ll give you a shout!

    Have a good day!

      Hi Marek,

There is nothing difficult in writing, just get the fears out and you can do it. This is not my first time of writing 5 in a day, I am just 16. Many adults have far more experience than I do which means they can do even better, I don’t just know why they are afraid πŸ˜‰

I will also be willing to write for you, if you are ready you can feel free to contact me.

      Thanks a lot,

  10. Murlu says:

I actually just started writing a plan of action for a guest post marathon today.

My blog only launched at the beginning of May so I’m still building the core articles, connecting and making sure I build a stable flow of traffic but starting next month I’m going to ramp it up and see how much I can do to get out there and guest post.

I’ll be sure to track it and let everyone know πŸ™‚

You’ve been rocking it with guest posts, you’re everywhere! Congrats!

      Hi Murlu,

I wish you success. Guest posting is really great – that is why I so much love it.

Thanks a lot for the nice comment,

  11. I’m just seeing this, Oni, and I thought ‘what a Fat hairy, Audacious Goals’ those are. Man, that was a very big personal (and public challenge) and I’m so glad you made it.

What a lesson here – the people we follow as bloggers can influence us a great deal (even remotely, just from the posts they write). Look at how Rob’s post pushed you to set a larger than life goals – and here you are today. Honestly, I’m happy for your progress thus far.

More grease to your elbows (and writing pen).

    • Iroko@Creating Millionaires says:

Certainly, the people we follow definitely influence us, am happy I have known these two guys, like Oni said, I don’t just know why am afraid to pursue some of my goals…but am learning and trying to beat the odds against me…but guest posting marathon…that’s so huge a goal, am just trying to live up to expectation of writing a post a day for my blog! But thanks anyway for the challenge!
